($4,094.00). Some minor ground improvements were finished on 4th September
1959, at a charge of £220.13.0. ($441.30). A major grounds improvement was
concrete paving laid on 2nd March 1962, which was estimated to have cost £2,020.0
($4,040.00). This concrete work was done by Classic Constructions Pty. Ltd.
