Referencing styles

 

A referencing style is a specific format for presenting your in-text references (footnotes or endnotes), and bibliography. There are hundreds of different referencing styles.

Your School may want you to use a particular referencing style. Ask your lecturer which style to use if you are not sure. Be careful not to mix different referencing styles in your work.
