Dishonest conduct in relation to exams and other assessment items
Academic fraud with regard to exams includes:
- Copying from another student or allowing a student to copy from you
- Copying from notes smuggled into the exam room
- Representing another student in an exam
- Allowing yourself to be represented by another student in an exam
- Making contact with another person, contrary to instructions during an exam
- Bringing material or devices into an exam other than specified for that exam
- Making use of computer software or other material during an exam other than specified for that exam
- Paying someone to produce an essay or assignment
- Illegal pre-examination access to exam papers or questions
- Illegal post-exam alteration of marks or grades
