Descriptive writing may include simple accounts of significant events and situations that you experience. Questions you can ask yourself:
What was the event or situation? |
What happened? |
What did I do? |
The events you describe provide the subject matter for you to potentially analyse further and act as the background for your reflective thinking. It is useful to record these accounts as soon as possible after the event has taken place, in order to remember what you felt and how you responded.
