Writing an annotation: Analysis and assessment

 

Following the summary, your annotation should include an evaluation of the source. This evaluation may include answering questions, such as:

 

is the author’s argument valid and reliable?

 

how well is the source structured and presented?

 

 

Unless your assignment specifically requires more detail, write no more than a sentence on each point.
